A silent Killer, Sleep Apnea

Sleep apnea is also known as Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA). The situation is caused by a physical obstruction in the airway causing someone to stop breathing several times while they are sleeping. There are four things that help someone to maintain overall good health. They are psychological well-being, healthy eating, healthy exercise and sleep. Since we spend one-third of our lives sleeping and if sleep is not properly achieved, it severely impacts the other three causing severe health setbacks.
